EOC Dress Code
The following dress code is applicable to all personnel working for or supporting the Emergency Management staff at the Emergency Operations Center including staff, interns, volunteers and support personnel. This also applies to meetings and other operations being held.
General: Business Casual is the expected and accepted attire.
Monday thru Thursday: Business casual, Khakis – polo type deal.
Friday: Jeans, but they must be jeans with no holes
The following are not acceptable attire in the EOC during business hours: shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, etc.
Outside normal business hours:
This includes weekend and evening meetings when there are no other activities scheduled in the EOC.
Shorts and T-shirts are allowed, but please remember, county officials could show up at any time and consider that when selecting your clothing.
Operational Periods and Activations: Business Casual is expected. In addition to county leadership at the EOC, media and state or federal officials may be present. Professional appearance and conduct is always expected.
