Getting your SERTTrack ID

To begin, browse to https://trac.floridadisaster.org/TRAC/loginform.aspx

Click on the First Time Users – Create Profile to enter your information

Once completed, make a note of your EM Number.

2025:

SERT TRAC 2.0 (FDEM’s training calendar & registration tool) is currently in the testing phase and is expected to be rolled out in the near future. Please be advised that the new system will be transcript based and will not migrate certificates from the previous system. You will not be able to print the certificates that have been uploaded into SERT TRAC 1.0. We strongly recommend that you download any necessary certificates prior to the implementation of the new system. We will continue to provide updates as we move forward with the rollout.
